Native Instruments Traktor MX2 2-Channel DJ Controller
The Traktor MX2 brings deck controls, mixing and audio connections together in one controller. It provides a practical starting point for learning to DJ, with scope to develop more expressive transitions as your confidence grows.
Build Your Mixing Foundations
Practise choosing tracks, matching their timing and balancing levels before introducing more elaborate techniques. Prepare a short selection of familiar music and work on transitions you can repeat confidently.
Explore Creative Performance
Experiment with loops, cues and rhythmic layers to develop your own approach. Rehearse changes before adding them to a set, and give each technique a clear musical purpose.
Prepare Your Complete Setup
Plan your computer, headphones and speaker connections together. Check cable lengths against your workspace, and leave enough room around the controller to perform comfortably.
Get Ready Before Your First Event
Install and activate the supplied software, organise your music and test the complete audio route. Save time for a rehearsal so you know how your setup responds before performing.
